DEGIRMEN means "mill" in Turkish — a symbol of movement, labor, and creation. Just as a mill turns grain into fragrant bread, we combine the best traditions of Turkish cuisine with the rhythm of modern life to create food that you want to return to again and again.

We began as a small bakery and grew into a café brand with our own production, staying faithful to quality, warmth, and respect for traditions.
